Privacy Policy

Last updated: 8 November 2026. Written in plain language by Varun — the short version: I collect your email only when you ask me to send you something, I never sell it, and you can leave the list in one click.

1. Who runs this site

NextSkill is run by Varun, in India. This website (nextskill.pages.dev) and the "NextSkill Subscribers" email list are both operated by me. For anything about your data, email me at varunfree97@gmail.com.

2. What I collect, and when

Email address — only if you type it into a signup form on this site (for example, to get the free 50 AI Prompts cheat sheet) and then click the confirmation link in the email that follows. That double opt-in step means your address is never added by anyone else, and never without your action.
Basic email engagement — the email service records whether roundup emails are delivered, opened or unsubscribed, so I can keep the list healthy and stop emailing people who have left.
Nothing else. This site has no user accounts, no comment system and no payment forms, and I do not collect names, phone numbers or addresses through it.

3. How I use it

To send you the free resource you asked for.
To send the weekly AI tools roundup, if you stay subscribed.
To understand, in aggregate, which topics readers actually open — so I write more of what helps.

I do not sell, rent or trade email addresses. I do not send marketing emails without consent, and every email includes an unsubscribe link that works in one click.

4. Who processes the data

Brevo (the email platform) stores the subscriber list and sends the confirmation and roundup emails on my behalf, under Brevo's own privacy policy and security practices.
Cloudflare Pages hosts this website.
Links to YouTube, Pinterest and other sites take you to those platforms, which have their own privacy policies. Some articles contain affiliate links — how those work is explained on the Affiliate Disclosure page.

5. Cookies

This site itself sets no advertising or tracking cookies. The embedded Brevo signup form may use strictly necessary cookies to make the form and confirmation flow work.

6. How long I keep it

Your email stays on the list until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete it. Unsubscribed addresses are removed from the sending list; Brevo may retain a suppression record so you are never emailed again by accident.

7. Your rights

You can ask me at any time what address I hold for you, to correct it, or to delete it completely — email varunfree97@gmail.com and I will act on it. These rights are honoured under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and other laws where they apply.

8. Children

This site is for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. I do not knowingly collect children's data; if you believe a child's address is on the list, tell me and I will delete it.

9. Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a revised date. If a change affects how emails are sent, I will mention it in the roundup before it takes effect.
